Can you tell that I am excited?!
As of about a week ago, I am officially a Licensed Practical Nurse, in the state of Louisiana.
To be honest, I wanted to write a blog post about this because it is special and dear to my heart.
It is something that I have strived for, for quite some time now. I'm not keeping track or anything...
Going on 6 years...lol. But since my Sophomore year of high school, I knew.
No. My heart & soul, knew.
Pretty deep, I know...
*Getting in my feelings*
Can I tell y'all...
(I may have told this story before but it is important so just go with me on this, lol)
That one day during my Sophomore year of high school, you could find me sitting in my second block Sports Medicine class with Ms. Sanders. Front row, front seat (of course). Wide eyed and full of anticipation and curiosity, little B watched as Ms. Sanders searched Youtube and pulled up her favorite heart transplant video...real-life heart transplant...on video...with a doctor instructing and guiding the video recording and the surgery!!
After watching the video, I was in awe, to say the least.
The human body is beautiful and a precious work of art. So fascinating.
That day is forever embedded in my mind and heart.
My perspective of my own path in life, had forever changed.
The show "The Good Doctor" is on while I'm typing this, and is currently not helping me get out of my feels, lol.
So, yes. I am an LPN now!
SO what now?!
I don't have a nursing job lined up as of this moment. I am currently in the process of (hopefully) getting into an LPN to RN program. So that's my focus for now, until I have a better idea of what the next few months look like.
I do want to continue blogging! I promise I did not forget about my blog lol. Even though it has been a while.
I love it and it is definitely a passion of mine.
I don't know if it'll take a turn from beauty & fashion to more lifestyle or what really, honestly.
I really want to start a Youtube channel, but not sure what to do videos of?? Lol.
So uhhh I'm kind of lost there. If you have suggestions, PLEASE send them to me!

I am blessed, grateful, thankful, and in just overall awe of what having complete trust in the Lord can do for you.
It's all in His hands. All you have to do is trust Him.
Easier said than done...I know. Just try it!
