MARCH BEAUTY FAVORITES

Hi my friends- long time, no see! I was actually on a vacation for Spring Break last week and wanted to be completely free of ALL responsibilities, except sitting on the beach in the sand :)

I'm SO glad to be back though and in a semi-normal routine. I will hopefully make a small post this week, about the trip and my friends that went, as well!

On to the post!

I know it seems a tad late to be doing "March Favorites" when April itself is almost over, LOL. But, it was set back slightly because of my vacay!

Before I begin, I wanted to say that all of the products in this post I have used, and LOVE. I have either re-purchased already or will be re-purchasing majority of these products and would only give my full own honest opinion of them to you! Just wanted to make that clear :)

1. Caviar Working Hairspray

What girl doesn't need hairspray?! This one is perfect for keeping your curls soft and pretty without giving a hardened, glued down feeling to your hair. I bought it about a year ago and it is still holding up. It also smells amazing! I've tried a sample of the shampoo/conditioner & really liked it.

2. Katherine Cosmetics Everyday Shimmer Gloss

So this is a newbie, but a definite goodie! From the moment I tried this gloss, I loved it. And let me say, I'm not really a "gloss girl" so me having loved it, is a definite A+ to Katherine Cosmetics! It is not sticky like other glosses, and I really liked that it isn't a pale nude shade because it has some color to it, and doesn't wash you out.

3. EOS Shave Cream

I bought this on a whim because I wanted to try something new as far as shaving cream goes and besides that, the beautiful intriguing colors of the packaging for each scent drew me in, lol. Before buying this one I always used the Skintamates shaving cream which has a foamy thick consistency, but the EOS one is more like a creamy, thick consistency. I wasn't expecting that, but I turned out to like it a lot. It's really conditioning and makes your legs feel SO soft which I also loved!

4. Alien By Mugler - Perfume

I talked about this product in THIS post. At the time, I had the tiny .25oz I think, and used all of it in probably 3 weeks, lol. The smell is so addicting, I wish I could explain it in more detail. But I can tell you that I'm not a fan of changing my perfume, but I loved it so much that I bought the big bottle and bring it everywhere! I kid you not. It is definitely my knew favorite. The smell when it wears off is amazzzingggggg. Trust me!!

5. Ardell Double-Up Whispies - Lashes

I have been using these for SO long! I was on the dance team in high school and when we danced in the bleachers or on the football field under those bright lights, I always wanted something to make my eyes pop! These will definitely do it. I started getting back into wearing them recently, just for fun and had forgotten how much of a favorite of mine they were.

6. Anastasia Beverly Hills Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit

So first off, what's not to love about a glow kit?! All different highlighters are all the rave right now and I couldn't be more into the trend lol. Let's be real though, I've owned ONE highlighter before this glow kit, and it was the beloved Champagne Pop by Jaclyn Hill. You can view it HERE.

You could say I was holding back a tad with the highlighter collection, so of course when I saw this kit in Sephora I about died right there next to the beauty blenders.
At least I'd die blended and glowing right?!

7. Bumble & Bumble Firm Hold Hairspray

Above I mentioned the Caviar Working Hairspray, which I love- but is for a light hold to keep soft curls. But THIS firm hold hairspray has become an absolute favorite. I live in Louisiana so the humidity, heat, and rain are just horrendous so I've been looking for a good long lasting hairspray to get me through those dreadful days. The thing I love about it is the fact that it holds my tease & curls without weighing them down or making my hair feel crusty and hard. And the smell is so good!!

I bought the little sample size in line at Sephora b/c I mean I was basically in a trap and HAD to buy all 40 of the sample size lipstick/concealer/setting sprays they have to waiting for you to spend all your money on!! Lol. But I will DEFINITELY be purchasing the full size.

8. Katherine Cosmetics Everyday Eyeliner

I normally always use black eyeliner on my lower waterline but decided I'd branch out and see what brown looks like on my eyes, and holy cow! I like it so much better. The formula in THIS one is awesome. It stays put all day/night and is super smooth and pigmented! It's waterproof and smudge proof which is a dream in this Louisiana heat, trust me!

9. Moroccanoil Hair Treatment

My hair is really long, medium thickness, with lots of split ends (not ashamed to admit lol) and this oil is a beautiful thing for it! The smell is amazing first off. And it is so smooth and conditioning, it helps a ton with my split ends and keeping my hair tamed and not so frizzy. I bought the tiny bottle about a year ago and I still have it! A little goes a long way for sure. I use it every now-and-then when I think my hair really needs some love, and it never lets me down!
